Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These General Booking Conditions (GBC) govern all bookings made in<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>line for the accommodations below: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Apartment 13 \u2013 Saint-Vincent (studio apartment, sleeps 3)<\/strong>, located at the Pierre &amp; Vacances Village, Sainte-Luce (97228), Martinique. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3-room apartment \u2013 Madinina 27,<\/strong> located in the Pierre &amp; Vacances Village, Sainte-Luce (97228), Martinique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Any booking confirmation implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Booking Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 The reservation becomes effective after validation of the form, acceptance of the CGR and payment of the deposit of 30 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 A confirmation is sent by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Price and payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The price includes: rent, charges, water, electricity, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, access to swimming pool and entertainment, end-of-stay cleaning (free for stays of 14 nights or more).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not included: tourist tax, fees for lost bracelets\/macarons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment methods: bank transfer, ANCV cheques, bank cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Security Deposit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A security deposit is required upon arrival: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 EUR for the Saint Vincent 13 studio <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 EUR for Apartment Madinina 27<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It covers damage, loss of items, failure to return wristbands\/badges, and exceptional cleaning. It is refunded after the move-out inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than 30 days: the deposit is retained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the landlord cancels: full refund of the deposit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-payment of the balance: cancellation is possible as of right.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Tenant&#039;s Obligations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Peaceful respect for the premises, maximum number of occupants, reporting of incidents, wearing of access bracelets, affixing of the vehicle sticker, return of keys and bracelets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Loss of a bracelet or macaron: 150 EUR \/ unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Landlord&#039;s obligations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Provide decent, clean accommodation that conforms to the description, ensure peaceful enjoyment, and provide bed linen and towels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Condition report and inventory<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A condition report and inventory are carried out upon arrival and departure. Otherwise, the accommodation is considered to be handed over in good condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Insurance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the property and must have holiday insurance. The landlord is insured against rental risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The data collected is used solely for managing the stay and is never resold. The tenant can request its deletion after their stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Applicable Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CGRs are subject to French law.
