We had an exceptional stay! Everything was perfect: clean and superbly equipped accommodation (2 fridges, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), air conditioning, and a splendid view (the best in the complex ❤️). The complex is secure, offering numerous activities as well as four restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. Furthermore, Sainte Luce is ideally located for exploring the island. Céline and Frédéric are very responsive and attentive to our needs, offering excellent advice. So if you want to visit or relax in Martinique, don't hesitate to stay with them!

Thank you for this excellent stay! Everything was exactly as pictured. The complex is magnificent (especially the gardens and views) and very well located. Everything is within easy reach (beaches, diving, waterskiing, etc.). The apartment is very functional, welcoming, and very well equipped (washing machine and numerous appliances). Fred and Céline, as well as their agent Jacky, are incredibly friendly and accommodating.

2 weeks of dream stay in May 2025 in the Madinina 27 apartment🤩🍹🌴Apartment on the 2nd floor of the main building, very clean, perfectly equipped, very nicely decorated (exactly as in the video) and very spacious for an idyllic vacation!! And this heavenly view from the terrace directly overlooking the swimming pool and the sea!! Breakfasts accompanied by birdsong, tropical fruits and Petit Planteur in the evening admiring the sunset over the sea and behind the coconut trees while enjoying the frogs concert😍🍹🌴☀️ Can't wait to come back!!! A very nice rental, very well equipped, everything to make your life easier during the holidays. Ideal as a starting point for visiting the island. For families, you will find all the equipment for babies and children, the apartment is well air-conditioned. And then the thing that we really appreciated is the terrace with this magnificent view of the pool area and the sea. You can shelter from the sun with the brand new awning that has just been installed.
The holiday village is very nice, we tried the snack bar and the pizzeria and it was very good!! The small evenings at the bar with very good cocktails were also not bad. The mini-market was very convenient for ordering bread and pastries.
I highly recommend this rental, and we would love to come back next time. Céline is a very responsive owner, kind and very friendly.
We also really appreciated the planter who was waiting for us in a cool place for our arrival.
