General Booking Conditions

1. Purpose

These General Booking Conditions (GBC) govern all bookings made in

line for the accommodations below:

  • Apartment 13 – Saint-Vincent (studio apartment, sleeps 3), located at the Pierre & Vacances Village, Sainte-Luce (97228), Martinique.
  • 3-room apartment – Madinina 27, located in the Pierre & Vacances Village, Sainte-Luce (97228), Martinique

Any booking confirmation implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking Process

– The reservation becomes effective after validation of the form, acceptance of the CGR and payment of the deposit of 30 %.

– The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

– A confirmation is sent by email.

3. Price and payment

The price includes: rent, charges, water, electricity, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, access to swimming pool and entertainment, end-of-stay cleaning (free for stays of 14 nights or more).

Not included: tourist tax, fees for lost bracelets/macarons.

Payment methods: bank transfer, ANCV cheques, bank cards.

4. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required upon arrival:

  • 300 EUR for the Saint Vincent 13 studio
  • 500 EUR for Apartment Madinina 27

It covers damage, loss of items, failure to return wristbands/badges, and exceptional cleaning. It is refunded after the move-out inspection.

5. Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
  • Less than 30 days: the deposit is retained.
  • If the landlord cancels: full refund of the deposit.
  • Non-payment of the balance: cancellation is possible as of right.

6. Tenant's Obligations

Peaceful respect for the premises, maximum number of occupants, reporting of incidents, wearing of access bracelets, affixing of the vehicle sticker, return of keys and bracelets.

Loss of a bracelet or macaron: 150 EUR / unit.

7. Landlord's obligations

Provide decent, clean accommodation that conforms to the description, ensure peaceful enjoyment, and provide bed linen and towels.

8. Condition report and inventory

A condition report and inventory are carried out upon arrival and departure. Otherwise, the accommodation is considered to be handed over in good condition.

9. Insurance

The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the property and must have holiday insurance. The landlord is insured against rental risks.

10. Personal Data

The data collected is used solely for managing the stay and is never resold. The tenant can request its deletion after their stay.

11. Applicable Law

CGRs are subject to French law. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts.
