Sainte-Luce is a popular tourist destination that offers a variety of activities to suit all tastes. Beach lovers can enjoy the many white sand beaches in the area, such as Gros Raisin Beach, located just 100 meters from the apartment. Nature lovers can explore the island's rainforests, waterfalls and volcanoes. Culture lovers can visit museums, historical monuments and local markets.

- Sainte-Luce: covered market, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Quality service for a successful vacation
There Le Colibri concierge service is at your disposal to help you fully enjoy your stay. Sabine and Jacky will be happy to accompany you throughout your stay so that you have an unforgettable vacation.
When you arrive, Sabine and Jacky will welcome you warmly and will give you the keys to your apartment. They will ask you, as agreed upon booking, to deposit the caution to cover possible damage caused to the apartment. The caution will be returned upon your departure, provided that the apartment is returned in satisfactory condition.
They will also give you all the information necessary for your stay, such as the opening hours of the holiday village, the activities available nearby and the restaurants nearby.
The Conciergerie Le Colibri offers you a range of rental vehicles and a shuttle service directly from the airport.
Throughout your stay, Sabine and Jacky will be available by phone to answer your questions or help you if needed.
Prices and Booking
From €80 to €130 per night for the Saint-Vincent 13 studio
From €140 to €220 per night for the T3 Martinique 27
Price of the deposit: 500€ (to be paid on arrival, returned at check-out)
Mandatory cleaning fee: 80€ per stay, not included
Sheets, bathroom linens and pool towels are included in the price.

How to come ?
By plane
Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport is located in Fort-de-France, approximately 40 minutes by car from Sainte-Luce. There are direct flights to the airport from many French, European and American cities.
Once you arrive at the airport, you can rent a car or take a taxi to the apartment. If you rent a car, it will take you around 40 minutes to reach the apartment. If you take a taxi, it will take you around 30 minutes.
